South Indian-Style Fish Curry
A delicious and flavorful fish curry that is easy to make
- 1 pound of fish, sliced into pieces
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Cilantro, for garnish
Fish curry is a popular South Indian dish that is easy to make and delicious. This dish is perfect for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion. The combination of spices and herbs used in this recipe makes it a flavorful and delicious dish that is sure to be a hit with everyone.
