Tasty North Indian Aloo Paratha

  3. Take a ball of dough and roll it out into a circle. Place a ball of the potato mixture in the center of the dough and wrap the edges of the dough around the filling to form a ball. Roll out the dough ball again into a circle.
  4. Heat a griddle or large pan over medium heat. Place the rolled-out paratha on the griddle and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Brush the top with ghee or butter and flip over to cook the other side. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.
  5. Serve the Aloo Paratha hot with raita or chutney.
