Tasty Chinese Spring Rolls
Ingredients:
- 1 package spring roll wrappers
 - 1 cup shredded carrots
 - 1 cup shredded cabbage
 - 1 cup sliced mushrooms
 - 1/2 cup diced onions
 - 1/2 cup diced celery
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
 - Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, onions, celery, garlic, soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil until well combined.
 - Place a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner facing towards you. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the vegetable mixture onto the wrapper, leaving a 1-inch border on the bottom and sides.
 - Fold the bottom corner up over the filling, then fold in the two sides and roll tightly to seal the spring roll.
 - Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling until all the spring rolls are made.
 - In a large saucepan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat until hot. Fry the spring rolls in the oil until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
 - Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Tips:
- To make the spring rolls even crispier, try brushing the wrapper edges with a beaten egg before rolling.
 - You can also add other ingredients to the filling such as cooked protein, noodles, or bamboo shoots for extra flavor and texture.
 - For a healthier option, try baking the spring rolls in the oven at 400°F until crispy and golden, about 20 minutes.
