Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces

- 2 tbsp turmeric powder

- 5 red chillies
- 1 tsp shrimp paste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup coconut milk
Instructions:
- In a blender, blend the shallots, garlic, red chillies, shrimp paste, sugar, and salt into a paste.
- In a bowl, mix together the chicken, oil, turmeric powder, salt, sugar, and marinade paste. Add the coconut milk and stir to combine.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
