Strawberry Sorbet

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Combine the strawberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved and the strawberries have broken down into a puree.
