Gluten-Free Brownies
Who says you can't have brownies on a gluten-free diet? These gluten-free brownies are just as rich and chocolatey as the real thing. Here's what you'll need:
- 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In a large bowl, beat the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
