Gluten-Free Brownies

Who says you can't have brownies on a gluten-free diet? These gluten-free brownies are just as rich and chocolatey as the real thing. Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean.
  7. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.
