Ingredients:

  • 12 large cremini mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup white wine

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with cooking spray.
  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely. Set the mushroom caps aside.
