Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut the tops off of the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Set aside.

- Stuff the bell peppers with the meat and rice mixture, filling each pepper until they are overflowing. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish.
- Top each stuffed pepper with shredded cheese. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the peppers are tender.
