Black Bean Burgers
Ingredients:
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
