Recipe for Navabi Paneer:
Navabi Paneer is a popular Indian dish made with paneer (Indian cottage cheese) cooked in a rich and creamy gravy of cashews, cream, and a blend of aromatic spices. The dish has a creamy texture with a mild yet flavorful taste. It is typically made with a base of onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, and green chilies, which are sautéed and then ground into a smooth paste with cashews. The paste is then simmered with cream and a blend of spices until the flavors meld together. The paneer cubes are added to the gravy and cooked for a few minutes until they absorb the flavors of the gravy. The dish is garnished with chopped coriander leaves and is best enjoyed with rice, naan, or any Indian bread of your choice. Navabi Paneer is a favorite among paneer lovers for its rich, creamy texture and aromatic flavor.
