Recipe for Black Pepper Tofu:
Black pepper tofu is a popular vegan dish that features crispy fried tofu pieces coated in a savory and spicy black pepper sauce. The dish is typically made with firm tofu, which is cut into bite-sized pieces and stir-fried until golden brown. The tofu is then coated in a flavorful sauce made with black peppercorns, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, and other seasonings, resulting in a bold and spicy flavor profile. Black pepper tofu is often served with steamed rice or noodles and can be customized to your desired level of spiciness by adjusting the amount of black pepper and green chilies used in the recipe. This dish is perfect for anyone looking for a delicious and easy-to-make vegan meal that's packed with flavor.
