Chicken and Rice Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup uncooked white rice
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
