Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of broccoli, chopped
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons of butter

  • 4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cups of whole milk
