Superfood Breakfasts

1. Quinoa Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine cooked quinoa, mixed berries, almond milk, chia seeds, almond butter, cinnamon, and honey (if using) in a bowl.
- Stir until well combined.
- Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for later.
2. Avocado Toast with Superfood Toppings
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup mixed berries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine mixed berries, banana, almond milk, chia seeds, almond butter, and honey (if using) in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite superfood toppings, such as mixed berries, chopped nuts, and coconut flakes.
- Enjoy immediately!
