1. Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine cooked quinoa, mixed berries, almond milk, chia seeds, almond butter, cinnamon, and honey (if using) in a bowl.
  2. Stir until well combined.
  3. Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for later.

2. Avocado Toast with Superfood Toppings

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread until golden brown.
  2. Mash the avocado in a bowl and spread it on top of the toasted bread.
  3. Top with mixed berries, chia seeds, chopped nuts, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

3. Superfood Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine mixed berries, banana, almond milk, chia seeds, almond butter, and honey (if using) in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite superfood toppings, such as mixed berries, chopped nuts, and coconut flakes.
  4. Enjoy immediately!
