Protein-Packed Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a muffin tin with liners or lightly grease it.
