Ingredients

  • Cookie Dough:

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.

  8. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet.
  11. Decorate the cookies with icing or melted chocolate and holiday-themed sprinkles.
