As you enter the second trimester, maintaining your energy levels and getting enough sleep becomes increasingly important:
Balance Rest and Activity
Listen to your body and take breaks when needed. Incorporate light exercise, such as walking or swimming, to boost your energy levels.
Healthy Diet
Consume a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats to fuel your body and support your baby's development.
Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water throughout the day to maintain your energy and prevent dehydration.
Improve Sleep
Create a comfortable sleep environment by using pillows to support your growing belly and finding a sleep position that works for you. Establish a bedtime routine to signal your body that it's time to rest.
